For nearly 25 years, Kathleen Cruz has dedicated her career to helping people navigate life's most important transitions through real estate. Known for her commitment to exceptional service, honest communication, and genuine care for her clients, Kathleen believes that real estate is about more than buying and selling homes. It's about helping people achieve their goals, build their futures, and create the next chapter of their lives.
After a successful career in retail sales, Kathleen joined Coldwell Banker in 2003, bringing with her a strong customer-first philosophy, throughout her real estate career, she has earned the trust of buyers and sellers by combining market knowledge, creative problem-solving, skilled negotiation, and a commitment to putting her clients' needs first.
In 2018, Kathleen transitioned into leadership with Coldwell Banker. During nearly eight years in management, she coached and mentored hundreds of agents, reviewed thousands of transactions, helped agents navigate changing market conditions, and developed a deeper understanding of the real estate industry from every perspective.
Today, Kathleen returns to sales with a renewed passion for client service and a wealth of experience gained through both sales and leadership. She brings a unique perspective to every transaction, combining decades of hands-on real estate expertise with the strategic insights acquired from years of coaching top-performing agents and leading successful offices.
Whether working with first-time homebuyers, growing families, empty nesters, or investors, Kathleen understands that every client has a unique story and every move represents an important milestone. Her goal is to make the process as seamless, informed, and successful as possible while building lasting relationships along the way.
Dedicated to faith and family, Kathleen and her husband, Dan were married in1986. Together they have raised four children and are proud grandparents of three grandchildren. For more than two decades, Kathleen taught religious education at her home parish of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish in Shrub Oak, reflecting her longstanding commitment to service and community involvement.
Now, as she returns to where her real estate journey began, Kathleen is excited to help a new generation of buyers and sellers achieve their goals while reconnecting with past clients, colleagues, and friends throughout Westchester, Putnam County, and the Hudson Valley.
After years of helping agents build their businesses, Kathleen is returning to what she loves most: helping people find their way home.
